SkyCity corrects director's shareholding disclosure

SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited today announced an amended disclosure of a director's relevant interests, rectifying an incorrect calculation of total shares held in a previous notice. The update, dated September 18, 2025, concerns Glenn Stuart Davis, a director of SkyCity Entertainment Group.

The corrected disclosure shows that Glenn Stuart Davis's beneficial interest in ordinary shares held by Aloren (no 148) Pty Limited as trustee for The Davis Family Trust increased from 70,000 to 103,432 shares. This acquisition of 33,432 shares occurred on September 11, 2025, as part of the retail component of SkyCity's underwritten NZ$159 million accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer, announced on August 21, 2025. The consideration for these shares was AU$0.63 per share.

The company confirmed that this transaction did not occur during a closed period, and no prior written clearance was required. The announcement was authorized for release by Phil Leightley, general counsel & company secretary.
