SkyCity directors, senior managers boost holdings in entitlement offer

On September 17, 2025, SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited disclosed that multiple directors and senior managers acquired shares as part of the company's NZ$195 million accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer, announced on August 21, 2025. These transactions, priced at NZ$0.70 per share, occurred on September 11, 2025.

Julian Bradwell Cook acquired 34,328 shares, increasing his total holdings from 115,000 to 149,328 shares. Glenn Stuart Davis acquired 33,432 shares, bringing his total from 70,000 to 93,432 shares. David Robert Henry Attenborough increased his shares by 47,761 to a total of 147,761 shares, while Chadwick William Cable Barton added 28,500 shares, bringing his total to 88,500 shares. Katherine Hughes acquired 22,686 shares, raising her total from 50,300 to 72,986 shares. Peter James Fredricson also acquired 11,275 shares, increasing his direct holdings to 100,000 shares.

Additionally, Callum James Mallett acquired 78,050 shares, increasing his directly owned shares to 241,282. The disclosures also noted vesting of restricted share rights for Mallett, including 44,962 from a FY23 DSTI RSRS and 27,426 ordinary shares upon vesting of a Performance Incentive Plan (FY23).
