Fisher & Paykel Healthcare VP adjusts shareholdings

Andrew Robert Donald Somervell, vice president - products & technology at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited, has adjusted his relevant interests in the company through two transactions on September 10, 2025. These transactions involved the exercise of options and performance share rights (PSRs), leading to a change in his holdings of ordinary shares.

The first transaction involved the exercise and cancellation of 39,018 options and the issue of 19,078 ordinary shares, with an exercise price of NZD 19.63 per ordinary share. The second transaction saw the exercise of 17,195 performance share rights and the issue of an equivalent number of ordinary shares. As a result, Somervell’s beneficial interest in options decreased from 124,441 to 85,423, and his PSRs decreased from 63,810 to 46,615. Conversely, his ordinary shareholdings increased from 110,351 to 146,624.
