Carbon Fund acquires CO2 units for NZD $13,746

The Carbon Fund has acquired 9,701 CO2 units for NZD $13,746.32 at an acquisition price of 1.4170 per unit. These units, representing 0.0367% of the total units on issue, were purchased as treasury stock pursuant to a Master Trust Deed, bringing the total fully paid ordinary units in existence after the acquisition to 26,457,726. The acquisition was completed on September 15, 2025.

Managed by Salt Investment Funds Limited, the Carbon Fund aims to provide investors with exposure to the price of carbon credits by purchasing and holding them in emissions trading schemes. The fund maintains a net tangible assets (NTA) of 1.7004.
