Air New Zealand concludes share buyback program

Air New Zealand has acquired a total of 1,116,759 ordinary shares, consisting of 547,125 shares acquired on NZX and ASX, and 569,634 shares acquired off-market from the Crown. This initiative, part of a board-approved buyback program announced on February 20, 2025, represents a 0.0340% reduction in the total class of financial products. All acquired shares will be canceled and not held as treasury stock.

The on-market acquisitions were executed at an average price of NZD $0.5923 for shares on NZX and AUD $0.5313 for shares on ASX, with settlements for these shares completed on September 18, 2025. The off-market acquisition from the Crown was priced at NZD $0.5923 per share, with settlement occurring on September 19, 2025. The total number of ordinary shares after these transactions stands at 3,287,469,794.
