Templeton Trust buys back shares, updates NAVs

Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust PLC purchased 329,013 ordinary shares at 211.02 pence per share on September 15, 2025, for cancellation. Following this transaction, the company's share capital comprises 972,782,521 shares in issue and 60,000,000 shares held in treasury, with total voting rights at 972,782,521. Shares in treasury will only be reissued above the prevailing NAV per share to protect existing shareholders.

On September 12, 2025, the unaudited cum-income net asset value (NAV) of TEMIT was £2259.670m, representing a NAV of 232.21 pence per share. The unaudited ex-income NAV for the same date was £2228.571m, equating to 229.01 pence per share. These NAVs are calculated based on the total value of underlying assets, including or excluding income elements, using bid price information.
