Investore shareholders approve all resolutions at annual meeting

Investore Property Limited announced today, September 15, 2025, that all resolutions proposed at its annual shareholder meeting were passed by poll. Key approvals included the authorization for directors to fix PwC's remuneration as auditor for the upcoming year, the re-election of director Mike Allen, and the approval of directors' remuneration.

Shareholders overwhelmingly supported the resolutions. The resolution for auditor's remuneration received 238,105,031 votes for (99.92%) against 182,075 votes against (0.08%). Director Mike Allen's re-election also saw strong backing with 234,198,521 votes for (99.94%) and 149,545 votes against (0.06%).

The resolution regarding directors' remuneration passed with 221,700,665 votes for (99.70%) compared to 664,212 votes against (0.30%). The results, rounded to two decimal places, indicate solid shareholder confidence in the company's proposals.
