Downer sets AGM and key shareholder dates for 2025

Downer EDI Limited (Downer) has confirmed its annual general meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, at 11:00 am (AEST). Further details regarding the AGM will be provided to shareholders separately in the notice of meeting.

The company also released key shareholder dates for the remainder of 2025. The deadline for director nominations is 22 September 2025, followed by the final dividend payment on 2 October 2025. The notice of annual general meeting will be available on 7 October 2025.

Downer stated that these dates are subject to change depending on circumstances. Any alterations will be advised through the Australian Securities Exchange and New Zealand’s Exchange. The announcement was authorised for release by Downer's group general counsel and company secretary, Robert Regan.
