F&C Investment Trust buys back shares, updates NAV

F&C Investment Trust PLC has announced the purchase of 74,069 of its ordinary shares for treasury, with prices ranging from 1172.00p to 1175.00p and a weighted average of 1174.2777p. Following this transaction, the company now holds 83,245,787 ordinary shares in treasury, leaving 478,573,229 ordinary shares in issue. This update also adjusts the total voting rights to 478,573,229.

Concurrently, the company released its Net Asset Value (NAV) as of 11 September 2025. The NAV per ordinary share, with prior charges at market value, stands at 1,274.80 pence ex-income and 1,281.17 pence cum-income. When considering prior charges at nominal value, the NAV per ordinary share is 1,230.57 pence ex-income and 1,236.95 pence cum-income.
