Channel Infrastructure director boosts stake in company

Angela Jennifer Bull, a director at Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited, has increased her beneficial ownership in the company through two on-market acquisitions of ordinary shares. These transactions were reported in an ongoing disclosure notice dated September 15, 2025.

On September 11, 2025, Ms. Bull acquired 3,502 ordinary shares for NZ$8,049.58, at a price of NZ$2.2900 per share. The following day, September 12, 2025, she purchased an additional 3,998 ordinary shares for NZ$9,217.04, at NZ$2.30 per share.

These acquisitions have increased Ms. Bull's total holdings from 10,000 to 17,500 ordinary shares. The notice confirms that these shares are held as both a registered holder and beneficial owner, and no derivatives were involved in these transactions. The disclosure was certified by Chris Bougen, general counsel and company secretary.
