Templeton Trust buys back shares, updates NAV

Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust PLC announced the purchase for cancellation of 947,432 ordinary shares at a price of 207.24 pence per share on September 10, 2025. Following this transaction, the company's share capital consists of 973,969,085 shares in issue and 60,000,000 shares held in treasury, with total voting rights of 973,969,085. Shares in treasury will only be reissued above the prevailing NAV per share.

The company also reported its unaudited cum-income net asset value (NAV) as of September 9, 2025, standing at £2211.410m, representing a NAV of 226.83 pence per share. The unaudited ex-income NAV on the same date was £2181.809m, representing 223.79 pence per share.

These NAV calculations align with Association of Investment Companies recommendations, using bid price information and including or excluding accumulated income as appropriate.
