Auckland Airport announces 2025 annual meeting and director nominations

Auckland International Airport Limited (AIA) has announced that its 2025 annual meeting will be held at 10am on Thursday, 23 October 2025. The meeting will take place at the Ellerslie Events Centre, 100 Ascot Avenue, Remuera, Auckland, and will also be broadcast live via webcast. Shareholders can access the webcast link at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/aia25 using their shareholder number from their proxy form for verification.

The closing date for nominations of directors to be considered for election at the annual meeting is 22 September 2025. Nominations must be addressed to the company secretary and received by 5pm on 22 September 2025. These can be sent to Auckland International Airport Limited's registered office, First Floor, 4 Leonard Isitt Drive, Auckland Airport, Manukau, or via email to company.secretary@aucklandairport.co.nz.
