Summerset issues new shares from employee option plan

Summerset Group Holdings Limited has issued 7,877 new ordinary shares as a result of options exercised under its LTI Share Option Plan. These shares were issued on September 5, 2025, and now rank equally with all other existing ordinary shares. The total number of ordinary shares after this issuance, excluding treasury stock, stands at 241,131,255.

The options were exercised at two different prices: 109,657 options at NZD $10.201 per option and 1,778 options at NZD $10.134 per option, with payment made via cash net settlement.

Following this transaction, 1,160,796 options under the plan remain outstanding. The announcement was made by Stephanie Muller, with the notice released through MAP on September 8, 2025.
