Heartland Group announces DRP strike price, AUD FX rate for dividend

Heartland Group Holdings Limited (Heartland) has announced the strike price for shares issued under its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) in lieu of the cash dividend payable on September 12, 2025. The DRP strike price is NZD 0.92856675 per share, determined as 100 percent of the volume-weighted average share price over the five trading days following the record date of August 29, 2025.

Shareholders participating in the DRP will receive Heartland shares instead of cash for the dividend, which relates to a six-month period ending June 30, 2025. The total dividend/distribution payment amount per security in the primary currency (NZD) is NZD 0.02352941. The ordinary dividend amount per security is NZD 0.02000000, which is unfranked. A supplementary dividend of NZD 0.00352941 per security is also payable.

Heartland also confirmed the foreign exchange (FX) rate for cash dividend payments in Australian dollars, set at AUD 0.90060. The AUD equivalent to the total dividend/distribution amount per security is AUD 0.02119059. The DRP is open to holders of shares with an address in New Zealand or Australia, with new DRP securities ranking pari passu from the issue date of September 12, 2025.
