Smartshares suspends NTA announcements amid pricing investigation

Smartshares Limited announced on September 5, 2025, that Net Tangible Asset (NTA) per unit announcements are currently unavailable for the Smart S&P/NZX 50 ETF, Smart S&P/NZ Government Bond ETF, and Smart NZ Bond ETF.

The suspension is due to an ongoing investigation into the pricing methodologies used for these NTAs. Smartshares Limited did not provide an expected timeline for the resumption of these announcements.
