Carbon Fund acquires 50,000 new units, updates net tangible assets

Carbon Fund acquired 50,000 new CO2 units, bringing the total number of ordinary units in existence after the acquisition to 26,579,252. The acquisition was executed at an issue price of NZ$ 1.4000 per unit, with a total value of NZ$ 70,000.00. This transaction was related to treasury stock.

Concurrently, Salt Investment Funds Limited, manager of the Carbon Fund, reported the Carbon Fund's net tangible assets (NTA) at 1.6944 as of September 4, 2025. This update reflects the fund’s aim to provide investors with exposure to the price of carbon credits within the NZ Emissions Trading Scheme.

The Carbon Fund remains focused on purchasing and holding carbon credits. Salt Funds Management oversees approximately NZ$ 2 billion in funds.
