Templeton Trust announces share buyback, updates NAV

Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust PLC (TEMIT) purchased 331,402 ordinary shares for cancellation on 2 September 2025 at a price of 200.00 pence per share. Following this transaction, the company's share capital consists of 976,582,422 shares in issue and 60,000,000 shares held in treasury, with total voting rights at 976,582,422.

The unaudited cum-income net asset value (NAV) of TEMIT as at 01 September 2025 was £2146.024m, representing a NAV of 219.67 pence per share. The unaudited ex-income NAV was £2117.043m, representing a NAV of 216.70 pence per share. Shares held in treasury will only be reissued above the prevailing NAV per share.
