Former Serko director sells shares in on-market transaction

Robert Clyde McConaghy, a former director of Serko Limited, has disclosed the sale of 10,000 ordinary shares in the company. The on-market share sale took place on August 29, 2025. Following this disposal, McConaghy's holding, held as a trustee for the Portofino Trust, decreased from 143,003 shares to 133,003 shares.

The shares were sold at NZ$2.44 per share. The disclosure confirms that this transaction occurred outside of a closed period, and no prior written clearance was required.

In addition to the Portofino Trust's holding, McConaghy also holds a separate relevant interest of 1,091 ordinary shares as a registered holder and beneficial owner, which remains unchanged after this transaction. The disclosure was made by Isla Dentice-Wood, company secretary, on September 2, 2025.
