F&C Investment Trust announces share buyback, treasury holdings, and net asset values

F&C Investment Trust PLC announced the purchase of 100,366 of its ordinary shares, at prices ranging from 1152.00p to 1154.00p, with a weighted average of 1152.4484p. These shares will be held in treasury, increasing the total treasury shares to 82,664,881. This leaves 479,154,136 ordinary shares in issue and establishes the total voting rights figure for the company.

As of August 31, 2025, the company had 561,819,016 ordinary shares in issue, including 82,511,976 shares held in Treasury. This results in 479,307,040 total voting rights.
