Precinct Properties issues shares for employee scheme

Precinct Properties Group has issued 121,737 new stapled securities, each valued at $1.26477. These securities were issued as contributions under the Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited Exempt Employee Share Scheme. This issuance represents a 0.00767% increase in the total class of financial products, excluding any treasury stock. The decision was authorized by a board resolution dated 26 August 2025.
