Enprise Group returns to profit in FY25 on strong revenue growth

Enprise Group reported a strong financial performance for the full year 2025, with revenue climbing 14% to $24.97 million from $21.87 million in FY24. The company returned to profitability, achieving an operating profit of $57,000 (compared to a loss of $298,000 in FY24) and a net profit after tax of $98,000 (compared to a loss of $46,000 in FY24). Basic earnings per share rose to 0.63c.

Kilimanjaro Consulting remained the largest contributor with $23.25 million in revenue, though its operating profit decreased to $679,000 from $1.25 million in FY24. iSell (ITQuoter) significantly improved, moving from a $434,000 loss in FY24 to a $264,000 operating profit in FY25, on revenue growth to $1.68 million. Datagate Innovation (32.35% ownership) also saw revenue increase to $5.0 million.

Total assets grew to $15.3 million (from $14.6 million in FY24), with net assets at $3.28 million and cash equivalents at $1.9 million. The Group highlighted its focus on continued revenue growth in key business units, growing recurring SaaS revenues, and maintaining tight cost management. The board is cautiously optimistic for FY26 and FY27, projecting continued revenue growth and positive operating cash flows.
