SkyCity completes $0.70 capital raise, increasing shares by 36.7%

SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited has completed a significant capital raise, issuing 279,191,590 new ordinary shares. This comprises 115,930,214 ordinary shares from an underwritten placement and 163,261,376 ordinary shares from an underwritten accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer. Both components were announced to NZX on August 21, 2025, and the shares were issued at NZD$0.70 per security.

The capital change, authorized by a board resolution on August 20, 2025, represents a 36.726% increase in the total class of financial products. Following the issue, the total number of ordinary shares stands at 1,039,396,799, with zero Treasury Stock. The newly issued shares will rank equally with all other fully paid ordinary shares in SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited.

Allocations to institutional investors prioritized existing shareholders and those demonstrating a high degree of engagement with SkyCity, aiming to secure long-term supporters. The official date of issue for these new shares was August 28, 2025.
