Green Cross Health appoints new director, audit and risk chair

Green Cross Health has announced the appointment of Catherine Jean Treneman as a director and chair of the audit & risk committee, effective September 9, 2025. This appointment follows the resignation of Carolyn Steele, which was announced on July 31, 2025. The board has determined that Catherine Jean Treneman will serve as an independent non-executive director, in accordance with Rule 2.6.1 of the NZX Listing Rules.

Catherine Jean Treneman brings a wealth of experience, being a chartered accountant and an accomplished business leader. Her professional background includes strong expertise in retail management, corporate governance, and strategic growth. She is noted for her track record in developing strategies, driving revenue expansion, and fostering operational excellence across extensive networks.
