Genesis Energy declares dividends, fully active dividend reinvestment plan

Genesis Energy Limited has announced an ordinary fully paid foreign exempt dividend of NZD 0.08435294 per security. The ex-date is September 24, 2025, with a record date of September 25, 2025, and a payment date of October 10, 2025. The ordinary dividend component is NZD 0.07170000 per security and is unfranked, with a 15% withholding tax rate applicable.
