Third Age Health shareholders re-elect director, approve auditor fees

At its annual shareholder meeting held on August 26, 2025, Third Age Health Services Limited passed two board-supported resolutions. John Samuel Ronny Fernandes was re-elected as a director, securing 5,709,169 votes (99.99%) in favor, with 808 votes (0.01%) against and 2,532 abstentions.

Shareholders also authorized the directors to fix the auditor's fees and expenses for the coming year. This resolution passed with 5,710,171 votes (99.96%) in favor, 2,068 votes (0.04%) against, and 270 abstentions. All voting was conducted by a poll, as required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1.

Third Age Health is a New Zealand-based provider of specialized general practice healthcare services, focusing on older people in retirement villages, private hospitals, secure dementia units, and broader communities. The company also manages primary healthcare for people of all ages through several general practices and provides clinical services to 90 aged care facilities.
