F&C Investment Trust announces share buyback and updated net asset value

F&C Investment Trust PLC purchased 37,004 of its 25 pence ordinary shares through J.P. Morgan Securities plc on August 26, 2025, to be held in treasury. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 1164.00p to 1166.00p, with a weighted average price of 1165.3916p. Following this transaction, the company now holds 82,297,903 ordinary shares in treasury, leaving 479,521,113 ordinary shares in issue. This figure also represents the total voting rights in the company.

F&C Investment Trust PLC also reported its Net Asset Value as of August 25, 2025. The net assets per ordinary share (prior charges at market value) were 1,260.79 pence ex income and 1,266.27 pence cum income. When considering prior charges at nominal value, the net assets per ordinary share stood at 1,216.24 pence ex income and 1,221.72 pence cum income.
