Rakon chairman steps down amid shareholder meeting turmoil

Rakon's annual meeting saw unexpected board changes when independent director and chair Dr. Mark Bregman announced he would not seek re-election, leading to the withdrawal of resolutions for three directors.

Shareholders overwhelmingly rejected proposals to establish a minority investor voting regime, with over 87% voting against both determining constitutional settings and tabling a revised constitution. Efforts to remove director Brent Robinson also failed, with 91% opposing his removal.
