FirstCape Group reduces stake in Gentrack Group

FirstCape Group Limited and Harbour Asset Management Limited jointly ceased to be substantial holders in Gentrack Group Limited as of August 19, 2025.

FirstCape Group's holding decreased from 5,388,114 ordinary shares (5.002%) to 5,275,624 shares (4.897%). Harbour Asset Management's stake fell from 5,386,614 shares (5.001%) to 5,274,124 shares (4.896%).

The changes resulted from on-market transactions between July 16 and August 19, 2025. FirstCape Group purchased 49,440 shares for $534,130 and sold 161,930 shares for $1,632,349.
