Mercury appoints new director, announces board retirements

Mercury has appointed Rachel Taulelei to its board of directors, effective August 20, 2025. Ms. Taulelei is a prominent business leader with extensive governance experience, including chairing Moana New Zealand and holding directorships with Sealord and The Warehouse Group.

Concurrently, James Miller and Lorraine Witten will retire as directors in September 2025. Mike Taitoko will also step down after ten years of service following the annual shareholders' meeting on September 19, 2025.
