Pacific Edge raises capital, issues 210m new shares

Pacific Edge issued 209.6 million new shares through a NZ$0.10 placement, share purchase plan, director shares, and employee shares in lieu of short-term incentives, increasing total shares to 1.02 billion.

The company also issued 9.4 million new options under a long-term incentive plan. ANZ's substantial holding increased to 16.6%.
