Vital Healthcare Property Trust reports strong FY25 performance

Vital Healthcare Property Trust reported strong FY25 results with distributions of NZ$0.0975 per unit matching guidance, funded by AFFO of NZ$0.1041cpu. Pre-tax operating earnings increased 4.8% to NZ$77.4 million.

Occupancy rose to 98.6% with like-for-like net property income up 3.7%. The company completed NZ$108.8 million in development projects and extended NZ$1.1 billion in debt facilities, maintaining gearing at 42.1%.

Vital forecasts FY26 distributions of NZ$0.0975cpu. A distribution of NZ$0.03070164 gross per unit will be paid September 18, 2025.
