Chatham Rock Phosphate raises $138,200 in private placement

Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited closed a private placement issuing 2,764,003 units at CAD$0.05 per unit, raising CAD$138,200. Each unit comprises one share and one warrant exercisable at $0.10 for two years.

General Research GmbH acquired 1,581,670 units, increasing its shareholding to 11,960,264 shares representing 10.66% of outstanding shares. GRG's director Georg Hochwimmer also directs the company.
