Carbon Fund buys back NZ$170,100 of carbon units

Carbon Fund announced on July 22, 2025, the acquisition of 119,310 CO2 units for NZ$170,100, at NZ$1.4257 per unit. The units were acquired as treasury stock, representing 0.4266% of total units on issue.

Following the acquisition, 27,970,677 fully paid ordinary units remain in existence, excluding treasury stock. The fund's Net Tangible Assets stood at 1.7132 as of July 21, 2025.
