Goodman Property Trust swings to $109.6m profit

Goodman Property Trust swung to a profit after tax of $109.6 million for the year ended March 31, 2025, compared to a loss of $564.9 million in FY24.

Operating earnings before tax increased 13.8% to $154.3 million, supported by positive leasing results and development completions. The property portfolio stands at $4.7 billion with 99% occupancy.

Net tangible assets increased to 202.2 cents per unit, while the loan to value ratio was 31.8%.
