Bremworth progresses strategic review, invites takeover proposals

Bremworth Limited is engaging with parties who have signed confidentiality agreements and invited them to submit proposals as part of its strategic review initiated in February.

The company's new management team is simultaneously implementing a growth plan focusing on manufacturing excellence, new synthetic carpets, and investing in its Napier plant for wool-based yarn production.
