ANZ entities take 5% stake in Goodman Property Trust

ANZ New Zealand Investments Limited, ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, and ANZ Custodial Services New Zealand Limited have disclosed a collective substantial holding in Goodman Property Trust.

The aggregated holding amounts to 77,079,236 units, representing 5.009% of total units in the property trust.

ANZ New Zealand Investments Limited holds the largest share with 72,915,288 units (4.739%), while ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited and ANZ Custodial Services New Zealand Limited each hold 4,163,948 units (0.271% individually).

The position was built through various on-market and off-market transactions between March 17, 2025, and July 17, 2025.
