FirstCape and Harbour take substantial stakes in Gentrack

FirstCape Group Limited and Harbour Asset Management Limited have disclosed substantial holdings in Gentrack Group Limited, crossing the 5% threshold on July 15.

FirstCape now holds 5,388,114 shares (5.002%) while Harbour holds 5,386,614 shares (5.001%). FirstCape is the ultimate owner of Harbour Asset Management.

Between March 15 and July 15, the entities made net purchases totaling over NZ$7m, with Harbour and BNZ Investment Services buying 1.3m shares for NZ$14.8m while selling 751,649 shares for NZ$7.9m.
