Promisia Healthcare maintains 87% occupancy, reaffirms growth guidance

Promisia Healthcare Limited maintained 87% overall occupancy in Q1 FY26, matching the prior quarter. Golden View, Ripponburn, and Ranfurly Manor continued strong performance with care occupancy above 95%.

Nelson Street's newly refurbished 20-bed dementia care wing became operational in June, lifting occupancy to 59% from 58%. Aldwins House occupancy fell to 81% from 85% due to a strategic reset.

Ranfurly Manor's care suites increased to 37 of 57 units occupied, up from 29 in March. The company reaffirmed full-year guidance for underlying EBITDAF growth exceeding 25%.
