The Bankers Investment Trust buys back shares

The Bankers Investment Trust PLC announced today that it has made a market purchase of 321,200 of its own ordinary shares, as authorized at the Annual General Meeting held on 25 February 2025. The shares, with a nominal value of 2.5p each, were bought at a price of GBP 121.8841p per share. Following this purchase, the company's issued share capital consists of 1,315,102,830 ordinary shares. Of these, 274,089,819 shares, representing 20.8%, are held in treasury and carry no voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in The Bankers Investment Trust PLC is 1,041,013,011.
