Infratil director Boyes increases shareholding through market acquisitions

Jason Boyes, a Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Infratil, has acquired a total of 118,000 ordinary shares in the company between June 30, 2025, and July 4, 2025. The purchases were made on-market, with individual transactions occurring on June 30 (23,650 shares), July 1 (24,000 shares), July 2 (23,500 shares), July 3 (23,800 shares), and July 4 (23,050 shares). The shares were acquired at prices ranging from NZD 10.4757 to NZD 10.7095 per share. As a result of these transactions, Boyes' total holdings have increased from 2,264,437 to 2,382,437 shares. Boyes is the registered holder and beneficial owner of the shares.
