Carbon fund acquires CO2 units for treasury stock

Carbon Fund has announced the acquisition of 23,767 CO2 units, priced at NZD34,395.60, with an acquisition price of 1.4472 per unit. The transaction, made in cash, represents 0.0831% of the total units in issue. These units will be held as treasury stock pursuant to the Master Trust Deed. Post-acquisition, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence, excluding treasury stock, stands at 28,600,011.00. The acquisition took place on July 4, 2025, and was authorized under the Master Trust Deed.
