Manawa Energy (MNW) to suspend trading, cease quotation

Manawa Energy (NZX:MNW) will suspend trading and cease quotation of its equity securities on the NZX Main Board. According to an announcement by NZX Operations, the final day of trading in MNW equity securities will be Monday, 7 July 2025, with trading being suspended at the close of business that same day. Subject to the successful implementation of the scheme of arrangement with Contact Energy Limited (NZX:CEN), MNW equity securities will be delisted from the NZX Main Board (NZSX) from close of business on Friday, 11 July 2025. Manawa Energy will continue to have debt securities quoted on the NZX Debt Market, including MNW170, MNW180, and MNW190. Investors with inquiries are advised to contact NZX Product Operations.
