Kiwi Property Group annual meeting results: Directors reelected

Kiwi Property Group (NZX:KPG) announced the results of its annual shareholder meeting held on July 1, 2025, where shareholders voted on two resolutions. Michele Embling was reelected as a director with 1,030,078,370 votes (99.99%) in favor, while 137,434 (0.01%) voted against. Shareholders also approved the authorization for directors to fix the auditor's remuneration, with 1,029,351,008 votes (99.85%) in favor and 1,516,109 (0.15%) against. Both resolutions were supported by the board and passed by a poll.
