Carbon fund reports stable unit numbers, acquires additional CO2 units

Carbon Fund [NZX:CO2] released its annual report for the year ending March 31, 2025, showing a consistent number of managed investment products (units) issued at 47,176,460, unchanged from April 1, 2024. Alongside the report, Carbon Fund announced the acquisition of 17,832 CO2 units on June 27, 2025, for a total value of NZD26,391.36, at a price of NZD1.48 per unit. The acquisition represents 0.0622% of the total units on issue and is intended to be held as treasury stock pursuant to the Master Trust Deed. The Net Tangible Assets (NTA) for Units on Issue stands at 1.7417. The company stated that 28,655,375 Units are currently on issue as of June 27, 2025.
