Booster Innovation Fund reports growth in units and investments

The Booster Innovation Fund (NZX: BIF) reported an increase in the number of units on issue, rising from 12,630,107 on April 1, 2024, to 14,416,518 by March 31, 2025. The fund's investments, held at fair value, increased to NZD 20.133 million at the end of the period, up from NZD 19.139 million at the beginning. Despite these gains, the fund reported a net loss before tax of NZD (1.739) million. Significant unit holders include Asset Custodian Nominees Limited holding 31.06% and Booster KiwiSaver Scheme holding 51.58%. The fund's investment strategy focuses on early-stage New Zealand companies with global commercial potential, with holdings across materials, technology, life sciences, and clean energy sectors.
