EROAD shareholders approve director re-elections at annual meeting

EROAD [NZX:ERD] has announced the results of its 2025 Annual Shareholder's Meeting, where shareholders approved all proposed resolutions. Susan Paterson and Sara Gifford were re-elected as Directors of EROAD Limited, and John Scott was elected as a Director. Shareholders also authorized the Directors to fix the fees and expenses of KPMG as the company's auditor.
