Carbon fund acquires CO2 units for treasury stock

Carbon Fund (NZX:CO2) announced today that it has acquired 63,625 of its CO2 units, representing 0.2219% of its total units on issue. The acquisition was made in accordance with Rule 3.13.1 of the NZX Listing Rules. The units were acquired for treasury stock pursuant to the Master Trust Deed. The nominal value of the acquired units is NZD $93,725.99, with an acquisition price of 1.4731 per unit, paid in cash. Following the acquisition, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence, excluding any treasury stock, stands at 28,678,714.00. The acquisition's authority comes from the Master Trust Deed, and the transaction was executed on June 25, 2025.
