Carbon fund boosts Treasury stock with acquisition of CO2 units

Carbon Fund (NZX:CO2) announced today that it has acquired 74,853 of its own CO2 units for NZD 110,161.16 at a price of 1.4717 per unit. The acquisition, made in cash, increases the fund's treasury stock and was conducted pursuant to its Master Trust Deed. As a result, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence, excluding treasury stock, now stands at 28,847,495.00. This purchase represents 0.2595% of the total units on issue.
