Carbon fund acquires CO2 units, boosts treasury stock

Carbon Fund (NZX:CO2) announced today the acquisition of 35,165 CO2 units, priced at NZD 1.4777 each, for a total nominal value of NZD 51,963.32. The units were acquired for cash and represent 0.1215% of the total units issued by the fund. The acquisition aligns with the fund's policy of acquiring treasury stock under the Master Trust Deed. Following the transaction, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence after acquisition, excluding any treasury stock, is 28,948,947.00. The transaction was authorised under the Master Trust Deed with settlement dated 18 June 2025.
