Ventia secures significant service partner agreement with Tuatahi First Fibre

Ventia (ASX:VNT) has announced a new five-year agreement with Tuatahi First Fibre (Tuatahi) valued at approximately AUD$100 million, cementing its position as the primary service partner for fibre build, customer connections, and maintenance across New Zealand. The agreement, commencing July 1, 2025, builds upon a partnership dating back to 2011 and aligns with Ventia's strategy to enhance service excellence through innovation and customer focus. Tuatahi CEO, John Hanna, emphasized the importance of the collaboration in delivering excellent service to fibre broadband retailers and consumers. Ventia's Group Chief Executive Officer, Dean Banks, highlighted the growth opportunities and operational efficiencies the agreement provides. The announcement was authorized for release by the Ventia Disclosure Committee.
